Excessive heat, rising levels of ozone, and dangerous amounts of particulate matter are becoming more common. Decision makers need accurate data about air quality to respond quickly and develop public policy.
On Thursday, October 26 at 1:00 p.m., please join experts from the EPA Region 2, NYS DEC, and the Environmental Health Project (EHP) as we present a special interactive program for local and state health officials and legislators, with an introduction by NYS Senator and Environmental Conservation Committee Chair Pete Harckham.
This 90-minute interactive forum is designed to help decision makers in New York State learn more about the kinds of air data being collected while offering them the opportunity to provide feedback to experts about what type of information they find most useful.
