About the event
Join us for a data center organizing summit!
EHP’s communications manager EJ Pavlinich will give the keynote address and lead a workshop on social media storytelling.
During the summit, our focus and goals are to:
Share organizing stories and creative ideas. Hearing how other communities and organizations have approached and organized against an environmental threat can be extremely helpful. It can give you ideas on how you can approach a similar issue in your campus, or your neighborhood. It can also be quite inspiring and give everyone a boost they need to keep persevering and organizing to help protect our communities.
Learn about some of the biggest issues facing our communities. You will have the opportunity to attend briefings and workshops on issues such as the harms of AI data centers and crypto-mines on communities, permitting, local town structures and more!
Get the help you need to effectively organize your own community. Attend virtual workshops around various critical organizing skills to help you build your group to take on powerful special interests to create greener and healthier communities!
Attendance is free. Visit Community Action Works for more information. Please RSVP here.
