The Environmental Health Project (EHP) held a legislative breakfast and white paper launch at the Pennsylvania State Capitol on Wednesday, April 13, 2022. The event took place in Room G50 in the K. Leroy Irvis Office Building. Breakfast will begin at 8:30 a.m. and the event will conclude at 10 a.m. Attendees are invited to participate in a buffet-style breakfast, after which EHP Executive Director Alison L. Steele will present Pennsylvania's Shale Gas Boom: How Policy Decisions Failed to Protect Public Health and What We Can Do to Correct It. Steele will be one of multiple presenters who will be speaking to health risks and health-focused policy suggestions surrounding shale gas development. A Q&A session will take place following the brief presentations. Please join EHP in Harrisburg on Wednesday, April 13, 2022.
